Our team of chefs, all with French culinary training backgrounds, will be ready to help create a unique menu that matches your taste. Below please find available buffet and plated menu samples. Custom dishes and courses are available after a free initial consultation with our chefs.

We also offer our venue at 522 S. PCH, in Redondo Beach free along with a complimentary event planning service for all catered events. The elegant and intimate space is perfect for any event. Reserve for events with up to 90 guests. Sit down with our event planners to decide on the perfect ambience for your event. Our professional partners list include limousine rentals, valet services, florists, photographers, DJs and live bands.

Meet with pastry chef Sebastian Chassignol to decide on your choice of the design and flavor of your wedding cake. Chassignol's extensive training makes him an ideal choice for the perfect wedding cake. In 1997 Chassignol completed his apprenticeship at the village patisserie in his hometown of Saint-Jean-la-Bussiere and graduated from CAP in Dardilly, France with a Pastry Chef Degree. After moving to Southern California he gained additional experience working at Sweet Temptations and in 2004, was elected Best Pastry Chef of L.A. by the Culinary Club of French Cuisine. In 2010 he decided to join the Crème Special Events team with which he continues his passion for French desserts.
